Michael Killeen
Managing Director
A graduate of Marquette University, USA and the Marketing Institute of Ireland. Michael has spent 30 years in Direct Marketing, 10 based in the USA. As International Marketing Manager for General Electric Medical Systems he set up their world-wide and domestic direct marketing programmes. At Communiqué he worked on a wide range of clients and in the catalogue industry across a number of leading US titles. In 1991 he set up the award-winning direct marketing unit in Dimension. He founded Dialogue in 1994 and is Chairman of the International John Caples Awards programme for Ireland.
Gary McLoughlin
Deputy Managing Director
A Marketing Graduate and Advertising Post Graduate of Dublin Institute of Technology, Gary holds a Graduateship from the Marketing Institute and a Management Degree from Trinity College Dublin. Gary has worked in sales for both GlaxoSmithKline and Canon Australia, he worked as an Account Manager / Director in both Macro Marketing and CMS Marketing. Gary joined Cawley Nea\TBWA as an Account Manager in 2005 and became Client Service and Board Director in 2008. Over the past 13 years Gary has worked for some of Ireland’s most progressive domestic and international brands. He joined the agency in September 2009 to strengthen our positioning as a fully integrated communications agency.
Sinead Ni Ghaora
Account Director
A Social Science graduate of UCD, and with a post-graduate qualification in direct marketing, Sinéad joined Dialogue in July 1999 from McConnells Marketing Communications where she developed, managed and implemented innovative relationship marketing programmes for Kellogg's, Dairygold, AIB, Telecom Eireann and Masterfoods.
Before joining McConnells in 1993 Sinéad worked at Murray Consultants PR, where her clients included Heinz, Murphy's Brewery, National Irish Bank and United Drug. During her time in Dialogue Sinéad has been Account Director on a number of blue chip clients including ESB, An Post, O2, Aer Lingus and Bank of Ireland.
Ger Nolan
Creative Director
Upon returning from the UK, Ger joined Dialogue in 1999 as joint Creative Director and has worked across all of Dialogue's clients.
Prior to Dialogue he spent 12 years working in for a number of leading advertising agencies in London, the last seven of which as Creative Director of AKB and then Aztec. Throughout his 20 year career he has worked across most industry sectors including charity, financial, automotive, aviation, IT and Telecoms. He has won numerous national and international advertising and direct marketing awards while in the UK and Ireland.
Ger also is a regular speaker at marketing events on the subject of creativity in communications.
Des Columb
Creative Director
Des is joint Creative Director of Dialogue and has a wealth of direct marketing experience acquired in Ireland and the UK over 16 years.
A graduate of Trinity College, Des has been a copywriter with some of the UK’s most respected agencies and worked with clients such as Abbey National, Comic Relief, Children in Need, Vauxhall Motors and The Greater London Fund for the Blind.
On returning to Ireland in 1996, Des joined Dialogue as Creative Director and has been responsible for developing numerous award-winning campaigns for clients such as Aer Lingus, Bank of Ireland, MBNA, An Post, Tourism Ireland and many other prestigious clients.
Des has also spoken at domestic and international industry events and lectures students of the DIT Diploma course in Direct Marketing.
Karen Neary
General Manager
After spending 4 years in London working in advertising and media companies, Karen returned to Ireland in 1991. The first company she worked for on her return was Dimension Advertising, in the sales promotion and direct marketing department. Karen remained there for over two years before leaving to help start up Dialogue with Michael.
Karens' core abilities are in administration and office management and she has honed those skills for the past 17 years in Dialogue.
